On June 17, 2026 the Ontario Collaborative for Aging Well (OCAW) held a province‑wide open forum for Ontario Health Teams, Primary Care Networks, Specialized Geriatric Services and and community partners working to support older adults and care partners. Co‑facilitated by PGLO and the Centre for Studies in Aging and Health, the new format focuses on shared learning, real-world innovations, and cross‑sector conversations that support older adults and their care partners.
