Join us on February 25, 2026 from 1:00 to 2:00 pm for the new Ontario Collaborative for Aging Well (OCAW) discussion forum. OCAW has now transformed into a province‑wide open forum for Ontario Health Teams, Primary Care Networks, Specialized Geriatric Services and and community partners working to support older adults and care partners. Co‑facilitated by PGLO and the Centre for Studies in Aging and Health, the new format will focuses on shared learning, real-world innovations, and cross‑sector conversations that support older adults and their care partners.
