In honour of World Delirium Awareness Day which occurs this year on March 12, 2025, the RGP Southwestern Ontario has compiled helpful resources to raise awareness and improve care for older adults at risk of delirium.
The following links contain evidence-based resources, including educational materials, guidelines and practical tools. The goal is to help teams engage with older adults, caregivers and other health and community professionals to enhance the understanding, prevention and management of delirium.
