On December 9, 2025, Provincial Geriatrics Leadership Ontario (PGLO) and the Rehabilitative Care Alliance (RCA) hosted a thought-provoking webinar exploring how we can use the data available to us to guide decision-making, identify opportunities for system improvement, and support implementation of the Rehabilitative Care for Older Adults Living With/At Risk of Frailty: From Frailty to Resilience.
This 90-minute webinar:

- Explored how data can drive decisions at the patient-provider level, organizational level and system level
- Discussed examples of how data is used to support quality improvement and implementation
