This year’s conference focuses on clinical decision-making and pragmatic approaches to complex care in older adults, with a strong emphasis on translating evidence into action.

What to Expect

The 2026 GEM Conference brings together expertise from across the province to support high-quality, person-centred GEM care. Sessions will explore:

  • Clinical decision-making in complex situations, including practical tools to support capacity and consent discussions
